Safety & rules
Updated 7 October 2026
A NOVANIGHTZ night has two parts: an alcohol-free U18 part for under-18s and an 18+ (K18) nightclub part for adults. Here are the main rules — for buyers and parents.
The U18 part
- The U18 part is alcohol-free.
- Security staff and the organizer's crew are on site the whole time and supervise the venue.
- Times and the venue are shown on the event page and on your ticket.
The 18+ (K18) part
- Only people aged 18 or over get into the K18 part.
- Show valid photo ID at the door. Without it you won't get in, even if you bought a ticket.
- A K18 ticket doesn't work before the K18 part opens.
Safety on site
- Security staff are on site for the whole event.
- Zero tolerance for drugs and violence. Anyone breaking this rule is removed.
- Staff may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks the rules or puts others' safety at risk.
Tickets
- Your ticket is a QR code. Each code works only once at the door.
- Don't share screenshots of your ticket. If someone else uses the code first, you can't get in with it.
- If you can't come, send the ticket to a friend from your order page. The old QR stops working and your friend gets a new one.
- Lost your tickets? Get them sent to your email again: novanightz.com/my-tickets
If something goes wrong
- Tell the nearest security guard or staff member right away — they will help you on site.
- In an emergency, call 112.
- Afterwards you can contact us: info@novanightz.fi
For parents
- When buying a ticket to the U18 part, a young person can add a parent's email. The parent then also gets the receipt and the event info.
