1. What this is
NOVANIGHTZ ("the company") gives the ambassador a personal code and link for promoting the company's events and tickets.
2. Independent ambassador
The ambassador acts independently and is not an employee of the company. There are no fixed hours, no fixed workplace and no guaranteed income. The ambassador cannot make commitments in the company’s name.
3. Not exclusive
The ambassador may promote other businesses and events, and the company may have other ambassadors.
4. Promotion
The ambassador chooses their own channels and methods (for example their link, their code, social media and friends). Promotion must be honest and lawful, and paid cooperation must be made clear on social media.
5. How sales are counted
Commission is earned on tickets bought with the ambassador’s code or link in the company’s own ticket shop and shown on the ambassador’s page. The company’s ticket system is the record that counts.
6. Commission
The commission is €1.20 for every ticket sold, unless another amount is given for the event. The commission for each event is shown on the ambassador’s page. No other fixed payment is made.
7. When commission is paid
Commission is earned only once the customer’s payment has arrived and the ticket has not been refunded or cancelled. It is paid after the event, normally within a month. Tickets the ambassador buys with their own code earn no commission.
8. Payment and taxes
The company prepares a statement of the commission and pays it to the account the ambassador gives. The company may ask for the details needed to pay and may withhold tax where the law requires it. The ambassador is responsible for declaring their commission and for their other obligations.
9. Other perks
Free tickets, merch and VIP access are given at the company’s discretion, have no cash value and may change.
10. Misuse
Spam, fake accounts, misleading promises, selling tickets above their price, and using the code for own or made-up purchases to earn commission are not allowed. The company may withhold commission and end the agreement at once if there is good reason to suspect misuse.
11. Under 18
A person under 18 can be an ambassador only with a parent or guardian’s consent. An ambassador under 18 promotes only the alcohol-free under-18 nights. Alcohol is not promoted to minors.
12. Personal data
The company processes the ambassador’s name, contact details, sales figures and payment details to run the program, pay commission, keep its accounts and prevent misuse. 13. Confidentiality and brand
The ambassador keeps the company’s non-public information confidential. Logos, pictures and other material belong to the company and may be used only to promote the events.
14. Term
Either side may end the agreement in writing, including by email. The company may switch off the code at any time. Commission already earned is paid, unless misuse is involved.
15. Liability
The company’s liability to the ambassador is limited to earned and unpaid commission, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
16. Changes
If the agreement changes, the ambassador is asked to accept the new version on their own page.
17. Electronic acceptance
The agreement is accepted electronically on the ambassador’s own page. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signature.
18. Governing law
Finnish law applies to this agreement. The parties first try to settle any disagreement by talking.
