These terms apply when you use novanightz.com.

Events and tickets

Tickets for our events are sold by Biletti.fi, and Biletti’s own terms apply to ticket purchases, refunds and changes. Events are either U18 or K18 (18+); valid ID is required at K18 events. Event staff may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks the venue rules or puts others at risk.

Caps

NOVA caps are sold by direct message on Instagram. Price, payment and pickup or delivery are agreed in that chat before you pay.

VIP SMS

If you join VIP SMS, we send you text messages about drops, events and discounts. How often varies. Messages are free from us, but your operator’s normal charges may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Discounts sent by SMS may have their own conditions and expiry dates, which are stated in the message. See the privacy policy for how your number is handled.

Ambassador program

Commission, merch and VIP perks for ambassadors are agreed with each ambassador when they join. Applying does not guarantee a place in the crew.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we’ll do our best to sort it out. If we can’t agree, you can contact Finnish consumer advisory services and take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Finnish law applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force.
